We do not get paid if your home is not rented. So its very important to us to make sure we keep your home booked as much as we can. How do i know if my property is a fit for LMRH?

The great news is we can start with you while your in the process of buying a home or if you already have one. Either way, we are so hands on to help at any point you bring us on. We would have a member of our team come out and meet with you. We talk about what suggestions we have and how we feel you can get the most return on your investment. We provide you with concrete numbers on what you can get and where we project you can be.

Where will the home be advertised?

Your property will be listed on all the major marketplaces for vacation rentals. We are always making sure that the home is getting visability and traction. We ensure that your listings performance is spot on. We provide an MLS professional photographer, as well as a professionally written description of everything your home offers. Beyond our efforts on all the major sites, we also reach out to all the thousands of past guests in our database to book over and over again. We create a professional and enticing listing for your property and promote it on all top vacation websites at no cost to you! You wont be bothered ever having to respond to any inquiries, 7 days a week we will respond to all booking requests.

Whats included in my fees?

So many things. Shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, conditioner. Trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent. Hand soap and dish soap, as well as our personal cleaning crew.

How do you determine rates for my home?

The rates are based on a large amount of time and research. We do comps on all the homes surrounding your home, amenities, bedrooms, among other items to choose whats the best price. We continue to keep you in the loop upon the decision. When we first meet with you after our first consultation we go over what pricing we feel we can get for your home. So you are able to know what rough return you will be getting. We make our prices competitive and lucrative.

Extra steps provided while choosing your guest?

In order for guests to book with us we have requirements that they have to go through to book the home, so not just anyone can book.

How are payments handled?

Great news! You are paid weekly by LMRH. We like to make sure as soon as we are paid you are paid. We normally get paid within 3 days of booking, we do payouts every week. You as an owner are constantly hearing the cha ching sound of money coming in regularly.

Do I need to be involved?

The best part is you can be involved as much or as little as you want! We have had many clients just hand us their keys and let us do it all, from decorating, to furnishing, to stocking the home, to extra amenities and more. If you want to be involved of course we always work well with our owners and encourage you to do so should you want to be.

How is my home protected?

The great news on all your homes when we list your home automatically has a million dollar policy on it. We also have relations with rental insurance companies that give you credit back for listing with us, and we also take extra measures upon check in that i can assure you no one else does which is an additional step to keep your home the way it should be every booking is protected by our industry-leading property protection plus program with up to $3,000 in damage protection and $1,000,000 in liability coverage.

What are your fees?
